How to Submit Samples using the Physical Sample Method

Step#1:Follow the Preferred Sample Size that is been mentioned in the table below.

Carpet	10 inch x 10 inch	Send with the least amount of residue, wear and damage possible.
Ceramic, Porcelain & Stone Tiles	6 inch x 6 inch	Send a full tile, if smaller than 6"x6", with a little amount of residue, wear and damage if possible. Please also note the color differences or variations between tiles.
Pads & Underlayment	6 inch x 6 inch	Send from the neatest and least damaged section possible.
Laminate & Wood	8 inch x 10 inch	Width should be that of a full plank, including the tongue and groove, from the neatest and least damaged section possible.
Siding	1 foot	Send from the cleanest and least damaged section possible. Include a sample of the pattern, if available.
Vinyl Sheet (Asbestos)	2 inch x 2 inch	Floors with multiple colors may require three samples of each colour.
Vinyl	4 inch x 4 inch	From the cleanest and least destroyed section possible. You can also Include a sample of the pattern, if available.
Vinyl Tile (Asbestos)	3 tiles from random areas of flooring	Floors with multiple colors may require three samples of each colour.
